Hiring Crew Level III for Deck Officer and Engine Officer is one of the programs that enabled organization to maintain the Crew availability and suitability with the culture. They would have intense trainings in knowledge, skill and mental aspects. We combine those aspects with the aim of fostering unity, equal obedience and cohesion since they join as junior officers.
